Hello!
This is my page to show off various motion works. Some alive in the world, some just pre-comps to sell in an idea or concept. No matter the project, each has helped me learn more about bringing my designs into a moving world.
Execution
The works featured first are pieces that I have added motion or composed.

In Over My Head, a Learning Experience
At various points in time, people have come to me with the prompt for making a music video. Me being the overly positive and optimistic person said sure. Admittedly I may have bit off more than I can chew at the time as doing a full minute-plus video involves lyrics and transitions is much more complicated than one may think. Regardless I attacked these with the same drive that I approach anything else. I’ve come a long way since these but they still showcase a variety of techniques and understanding of the programs, so I’ve decided to include them.
“Windows” Lazy Projector - Music Video
Okay what was I thinking, a four minute fully animated music video? Even with loops and all the tricks of the trade, this was an undertaking. I learned a lot about looping, pre-composing and repeaters during this project. As well as some light practice in audio sync.
“The Greatest” H. Rao - Music Video
Another exercise in repetition and kinetic typography. With no prompt or specific direction besides “make it cool.”
“Thank You” H. Rao - Music Video
A combination in mashing kinetic type with live and found footage. This footage was all found free online as the artist had no assets to provide. All relate to his home country and the content of the video but this was a fun exercise in “working with what ya got”.
